Is it possible to arrive outside of reception opening hours ?
This is only possible if your Holiday has been paid in full beforehand; and if we have been notified of your approximate arrival time.
 
How far is the beach from the resort ?
Port Grimaud beach is the closest and this is 1km.
 
Are picnics allowed at the pool?
For hygiene reasons there is no food or drink allowed at the pool, only water in plastic bottles.

Are pets allowed?
Yes pets are allowed, a maximum of 2 per accommodation. These are to have the relevant vaccination certificate and must be kept on a lead. As a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up any fouling caused by your pet; please respect other guests.
 
What time can I access my accomodation ?
Mobile Home accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Camping is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

How can we get from the airport to the resort?
There are various car hire companies at the airport. You can rent a car for the duration of your stay or just one way and return it to Ste Maxime or St Tropez.
There are also various buses and trains available from the airports; the nearest bus stop is only a short walk from the Resort.

Are sunbeds available at the pool?
Yes there are sunbeds with matresses and parasols at the pool. During July and August, due to the amount of people at the pool, there is a daily/half daily charge. However, at all other times this is a free service.

Is WIFI available on site?
Yes, we have 6 antennas covering the whole site and pre-paid cards are available at reception.
 
Can swimming shorts be worn in the pool?
No, only swimming trunks, lycra style to be worn. Shorts are strictly forbidden.

Is the swimming Pool heated?
Yes, the swimming pool is heated and in low season we cover the pool overnight to maintain the temperature.

Is there a Kids Club available on site?
Yes, during July & August there are  Kids Clubs on site for children from 4 to 18 years old. Activities range from colouring and arts and crafts to sports tournaments. The Kids Club is a free service offered to all our guests.

Can we put a tent up next to the mobile home?
No it’s not permitted. However, we have separate camping pitches available, which have their own private bathroom.

Are BBQ’s allowed on the site?
Only electric or gas BBQ’s are allowed. Charcoal is not permitted, due to the potential fire risk.

How can I get a brochure of the resort?
